Beer Batter Fish Recipe
This recipe takes the guess work out of making light, crunchy, perfectly seasoned beer battered fish.

First, heat your fryer / oil to 350 degrees. While you are waiting for the oil to come to temperature, mix all ingredients in a large bowl whisking well and set aside. Next, cut your fish into bite size nuggets.

When your oil is ready to go, submerge several of the fish nuggets into batter, coating them well. Knock off any extra batter on the side of the bowl and place them in the oil. Cook the nuggets for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, depending on  the size and thickness of your fish.

When time is up, remove the fish from the oil and place on a plate with papertowels to drain. Allow the fish to for 3 to 4 minutes. While your fish is cooling, mix up your favorite tartar or remoulade sauce. And Enjoy!
